comments: Really nice curvature of the inside --- sort of makes the top portion of the bowl look like the top of an inactive volcano. The redheart in view 8 has a nice variety of red shades and the wamara in view 6 is a very rich shade of brown. LATER: that redheart piece has darkened noticeably since these pics were taken many years ago.
flaws/issues: The kuruguay in view one has a crack on the bottom. I don't believe this is a stress fracture, but rather a drying flaw. It did not show up until the surface was turned down into the piece of wood and I would not have used the piece had I known of the crack.
The wamara in view 6 has a worm-hole spot on the bottom
LATER: a stress separation has appeared along the whole left side of the BOX. It does not detract from the beauty of the bowl but it is very obvious to the finger and since I HATE those separations, I have dropped the price down to clearance level. I also note that some of the woods have lost some vibrancy of color since the pics were taken.
