B191 --- $75.00

diameter: 7 1/2"
height: 3"
shipping weight: 1lb 15oz (when asking about shipping costs, please don't forget to give me your zip code)

finish: one application of natural stain then 4 coats of high gloss spar polyurethane (with UV blocker)

comments: The cocobolo at the bottom is a very nice piece, as is the bocote in the upper left. The mahogany in the base is unusually well-figured. Nice woods throughout --- not a single disappointment in this one although the curly mahogany at the bottom looks better from the bottom than from the top and I wish it were the other way around.

flaws/issues: The kuruguay in the lower left has a crack on the upper rim and I had to slice the sharp edge and sand it, so there is a minor but noticeable indentation along the rim. The yellowheart in the middle has faded somewhat since these pics were taken many years ago and the bocote in the upper left has darkened.

The curly maple in the upper right has a slight turn-burn just below the upper rim. I should have sanded this off. The same piece has a rough spot on the bottom of the bowl
