BOX: in view 1 paela, in views 2 and 8 cumaru, in views 4 and 6 curly maple, and in view 5 chechem.

comments: The inner surface of the yellowheart in view 1 and the outer surface of the leopardwood in view 6 both have very nice ray flakes. The billy webb wood in view 6 is nicely chatoyant as is the flaky inner surface of the yellowheart in view 1

flaws/issues: The African blackwood in view 4 has a crack. It's minor but you can both see it and feel it.

LATER: stress separations have developed along the lower left edge of the BOX, in the middle of the box, and along the inside edge of the bocote in view 2. Because of these, I've dropped the price to clearance even though the bowl still looks quite nice.
