view 7: on the left is a tiny arc of iroko, then lacewood over mahogany, prima vera, then a thin of ? (mahogany?), aromatic red cedar. On the right is elm, wenge veneer, redheart, maple veneer, cabreuva. Then both left and right are backed by aromatic red cedar, partridgewood, BOX

BOX: from the bottom up; canary, ? (a red wood) aromatic red cedar, wenge, ? (very pale wood), bocote, wenge. The wedge on the left is hard maple

flaws/issues: the osage orange in view 3 has darkened to brown

comments: As of this writing, this is a unique shape and since I like it, I will likely do more in this shape.
