N111 --- $125.00 --- this is the orientation view --- more pics down below

comments: The rim on this one is thicker than it needs to be mechanically because when the turning reached the point that it is at now, I so liked the way the various ovals and omega curves looked inside the rim that I decided to stop turning to preserve them in that condition.

The billy webb wood on the right is a gorgeous honey color and is lightly chatoyant. The omega curve on the inside bottom is particularly nice because of the way the bocote grain continues the curve.

I ALWAYS POINT OUT ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE COMMENTED ON. THESE ARE (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) THINGS THAT DO NOT DETRACT FROM THE BEAUTY OF THE BOWL, BUT I WANT TO BE SURE I GIVE A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION. SO ... the osage orange pieces in have darkened to a golden tan since these pics were taken many years ago, and the aromatic red cedar on the left has faded from the bright purple to a more sedate red with a brown tint. The video was done much more recently than the pics on this page and shows the colors quite accurately.
