the mouth shot is to give you an idea why Alexandria doesn't like the dog (He DROOLS!) and why the cats worry about him (he has such BIG teeth!). Just out of sight in the upper left is my finger holding his mouth open --- he doesn't go around looking like this.

the "fur" shot is to show you how his coat is changing from fluff to more a more straggly coat that isn't nearly as cute. You can see clearly on the ridge along his back how the adult coat is coming in.
